The return of our Fiasco will certainly delight the ardent fans of this wine. Originally crafted as a Chianti style, which is usually a blend of any of the varietals grown in that region of Tuscany, Sangiovese being dominant. Our 2020 Fiasco is an approachable red blend of Sangiovese, Primitivo, Barbera and Ribolla Gialla. The cherry notes on the nose continue right on through the palate with a satisfying balance of fruit, acidity, and tannins. This alluring table wine pairs nicely with lamb, pappardelle, pizza, and charcuterie.
